This place is is pretty standard fare Chinese carry out in a drab restaurant. Nothing special. HOWEVER, their homemade dumplings are to die for!!! I loved them. There is a reason it is the dumpling house. If you find yourself in this part of PA, it is definitely worth a stop in even if it is just for the dumplings.
Nice quiet typical Chinese sit down restaurant. Staff is accommodating and food was seasoned to perfection. There are a lot of restaurants to try in Wellsboro but you can't go wrong here.

Great homemade dumplings and tea and the best service I've had at a Chinese restaurant in this price range. The owner came out to talk to the customers and was very knowledgeable about things to visit in the area.
Polite & caring staff. Had to wait a little longer for tofu and was given soda & slight discount.
