La Belle Auberge was as lovely as we had hoped. This home is meticulously cared for and well-loved. Every nook and cranny has visual interest. While there we not only felt comfortable and at home, but almost as though we had stepped back in time. Sitting on the spacious wrap-around porch in this quaint small town made us feel like we were a part of days gone by.
We will definitely recommend and will be back.

Everything was very enjoyable....very clean, staff very pleasant...especially the cook...great job....food was excellent....thought we were in Paris with such delicious breakfasts.
This was my husband and my first trip away without our one and a half year old daughter. We wanted to do nothing but relax and this was the perfect place to do it. We happened to go on one of the hottest weekends of the summer and one day it also rained all day, but we had no need to leave this bed and breakfast. The room was so comfortable, the covered wrap around porch was perfect to sit and listen to the rain, and the couches and blankets in the living room were perfect to get cozy under. It was the perfect retreat. Not to mention the breakfast was out of this world. The couple who owns it are also very knowledgable about the local outdoor activities and places to eat so there is no need to do much planning before you go. They will point you in the right direction. My husband and I also took advantage of the in-house massage service. It was one of the best massages I have ever received, and there is nothing better than going right from the massage room to your room in your robe to finish the afternoon with a nap. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone.
